How to read these numbers
The four headline metrics map to four practical questions an agency asks before working a market: how big is the population to call? (count), how warm are they on average? (median opportunity score), how easy is the agency pitch? (% without a website), and how concentrated is the rating-and-review evidence? (median rating + median review count).
The score-distribution chart reveals what the medians can hide. A market with median score 50 and 30% in the 70-100 band is worth working — there's a fat tail of agency-ready prospects. A market with median score 50 and a flat distribution clustered in 40-60 is a grind — every prospect looks like every other prospect, and the pitch is harder to differentiate.
