How the score works
The opportunity score is a 0-100 composite of ~19 signals on a single business — review count and recency, star rating, website presence, ad-pixel presence, hiring activity, competitor density, and demographic market context. Higher = more signs of marketing under-investment, which means more agency-pitch fit.
In the data layer the field is named vulnerabilityScore for legacy reasons; the buyer-facing UI calls it opportunity score because that's the language agency operators actually use.
